RBI
Chengdu Now on Video!
Some
of our competitors have purchased older, existing factories
with outdated equipment and a work force trained in non-Western
techniques and business philosophies.
RBI Chengdu has taken a different approach. We built a brand
new factory in 2001 from the ground up, installed state-of-the
art equipment and staffed our facility with the best and
brightest management and production people China has to
offer. This 100% RBI owned and operated
facility is capable of producing 72 million bearings annually!

RBI
Chengdu Tests Best!
One
of our major customers recently had Erie Shore Industrial
Service Company test 10 pieces each of RBI Chengdu China,
KBC Korea and Fafnir USA bearing number 6203-2RS for dimensional
analysis.
While
all tested well within manufacturers specifications and
met the requirements for C3 or greater, only
RBI Chengdu qualified as very good electric motor noise
quality! Fafnir was very good standard
noise quality and KBC was good EMQ.
It’s
not just marketing hype – we’ve got the independent
test results that prove all Chinese bearings are not created
equal! 10 out of 10 times our bearings tested better!

Final
Word
Reaching
the end of a job interview, the human resources person
asked a young engineer fresh out of MIT, "And what
starting salary are you looking for?"
The
engineer said, "In the neighborhood of $125,000 a
year, depending on the benefits package."
The
interviewer replied, "Well, what would you say to
a package of five weeks vacation, fourteen paid holidays,
full medical and dental, company matching retirement fund
to 50% of salary, and a company car leased every two years
- say, a red Corvette?"
The
engineer sat up straight and said, "WOW! Are you
kidding?"
The
interviewer replied, "Yeah, but you started it."
