Mike Kenney - Vice President
Mike entered the bearings industry in 1979 working in the warehouse at a Chicago area distributor. After his promotion to sales 3 years later, he left that company in 1989 to accept a position as Regional Sales Manager with a bearing manufacturer. Mike joined RBI in 1994 as National Sales Manager and established our Midwest Distribution Center. He was promoted to Vice President - U.S. Operations in June 2001.

Doug Fisher - Director of Operations and Marketing
Doug joined RBI in 2002 and is responsible for the company's marketing efforts and operations. His background includes 29 years of experience in manufacturing, consumer product marketing and retail operations.

Bill Fuentes - Distributor Sales Manager
Bill joined RBI in July 2000 as a District Sales Manager and built a strong territory over the next two years. His prior background as Director of Training in another industry, and experience as a business owner for ten years enabled Bill to develop exceptional administrative skills that led him to a promotion to Operations Manager in July 2002. He became Distributor Sales Manager in September 2004 and directs the efforts of our 7 Regional Account Managers.

Mark Balog - OEM Business Development
Mark came to RBI in 1998 as a District Sales Manager from the service management industry where he was a Regional Vice President in the Midwest. Prior to that, he was President of a consulting firm that worked with manufacturers throughout the U.S. from 1988 to 1996.

Cheryl Sonaco - Accounts Receivable
Cheryl joined RBI in September 2003 as our receptionist bringing 18 years of administrative and receivables management experience. She was promoted to her current position in October 2006.

Steve Bouchard - Regional Account Manager - Central Region
Steve has over 24 years of industry experience literally learning the business from the ground up with a Chicago area distributor. He joined RBI in 1999 and is responsible for Central U.S. Region sales.

Darren Meeks - Regional Account Manager - Eastern Region
Darren joined RBI in 1998 after a ten year career in outside sales with Bearing Headquarters, a Chicago area distributor. He is currently our Regional Account Manager responsible for Eastern U.S. Region sales.

Tina Tucci – Regional Account Manager - South Central Region
Tina has over 20 years of bearing industry experience in customer service and inside sales and joined RBI in February 2005.

Tony Longo- Regional Account Manager - Mid Eastern Region
Tony joined RBI in December 2006 after 12 years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He is currently our Regional Account Manager responsible for Mid-Eastern U.S. Region sales.

Tom Gavin– Regional Account Manager - Northeast Region
Tom joined RBI Bearing in 2007 after working as a Parts Department manager in the automotive industry for 17 years.

Jeff Hoskins – Account Representative
Jeff started with RBI in September 1997 as the Chicago warehouse manager. He quickly moved in to Customer Service and has been an account representative since 1999.

Todd Moore – Account Representative
Todd joined RBI in February 2004 in our Roselle warehouse and was promoted to his new position in May 2006.

Tony Bisante - President RBI Canada
Joining Canadian Bearings, Ltd. In 1975 after college, Tony spent 20 years learning the Canadian bearings industry. His last position was Toronto Regional Sales Manager where he was responsible for 7 branches and 75 inside and outside salespeople. Tony left Canadian Bearings in 1995 to form RBI Canada.

Rudy Bisante - Sales Manager - RBI Canada
Rudy spent 3 years in inside sales and 17 years in outside sales with Canadian Bearing before joining RBI Canada in 1996.

Bill Starr - Western Sales Manager - RBI Canada
Bill joined RBI Canada in 2003 after spending 24 years with Koyo Canada Inc. He started with Koyo part-time while attending High School in Burlington Ontario, and became a full-time employee after graduating. After 12 years at Koyo's head office in Ontario, Bill assumed the position of Calgary Branch Manager & Western Sales Representative. In 1998 he was promoted to Western Regional Manager and managed all sales related activities for the four western provinces including two Koyo sales offices.

Steve Kozak - Inside Sales - RBI Canada
Steve joined RBI in May 2005 bringing 6 years of inside sales experience in the Canadian bearing industry.

Paul Bisante - Office Manager - RBI Canada
Paul brought his 5 years of experience at Canadian Bearing to RBI Canada in 1997 to become our office manager.

Anthony Bisante - Inside Sales - RBI Canada
Anthony has been with RBI Canada since 1997.

Nicky Bisante - Warehouse Manager - RBI Canada
Nicky joined RBI Canada in 2005.
