We’ve been around the industry since 1989 so most people know who we are, but not everyone knows what we’ve done recently to improve our ability to serve you.
RBI Moves To New Chicago Area Location
RBI Bearing has settled into its new 25,000 square foot distribution center and sales offices in Roselle, Illinois. The new location is strategically located about 25 miles west of Chicago and is close to O’Hare Airport and all interstates.

Chengdu, China Manufacturing Plant Opens
Our brand new quarter of a million square foot ISO 9001 certified facility is up and running in Chengdu, China! This facility is capable of producing 72 million bearings per year using 40 production lines!

Lance Pesola Joins RBI Sales Department
Lance Pesola has joined the sales staff of RBI Bearing, Inc. as a District Sales Manager. He will be responsible for the states of Illinois and Missouri.
According to Tom Brantner, Regional Sales Manager,
“Lance brings an outstanding track record of distributor sales experience to the RBI sales team. He has learned this business from the ground up and his knowledge of bearing applications is a significant advantage for our customers.”
Lance spent the past ten years in the bearings industry with a national distributor, starting in the shipping department in 1992. He became an inside sales representative in 1996 and was promoted to an outside representative in 2000. Lance can be contacted toll free at (800) 708-2128 or by email at lance@rbibearing.com.
Marketing Department Reorganized
During the last quarter of 2002 RBI Bearing implemented a major reorganization of its marketing department. According to Mike Kenney, Vice-President of RBI,
“With the addition of two new manufacturing facilities in 2002 and our continued growth in a tough economic year, we again demonstrated that RBI is a serious contender in our industry. We have become a world class company with a great story to tell.”
The new department is led by Doug Fisher, Director of Marketing. Fisher joined RBI in September and brings a marketing background in manufacturing, durable goods, consumer products and the retail industry to the company.
A new interactive website is currently under development as well as newsletters, literature and promotional efforts for the coming year. The new website will enable RBI to provide customers with useful tools and information and better reflect the scope of R.B. International. Look for an announcement from RBI as soon as we go “live”!
